Therapy looks different for everyone. Some therapy is brief and used to address a specific situation. And some therapy is more long term, more in-depth, focusing on deeper feelings and personality types. Feel free to browse my background and experience to help determine if we might share similar ways of thinking.

I consider myself a depth psychotherapist with an orientation toward listening to the unconscious mind in a way that invites insight and introspection. I view my role as someone who helps deepen self-awareness.

Depth psychotherapy tends to be a more long-term process that focuses on the deeper parts of where the emotions live and encompasses a broader range of issues, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, eating disorders, sexual addiction, attachment, gender questions, or trauma.

My style is interpersonal and analytical. I look at the whole person and believe that you know yourself better than anyone. I work together with you to explore the issues you find important so that we may begin to uncover those parts of you that seek to be reawakened.
